Zcoinage consists of 40 Zcoins: 8 Zcoin sizes in 5 metals (platinum, gold, palladium, silver and copper.) All of the Zcoin dies are owned by private individuals. Die owners can mint Zcoinage themselves, using their own dies or using the dies of other owners. They can also allow other die owners or distributors to mint Zcoins for a fee, payable in a percentage of the mint run. To learn more about die ownership or becoming a distributor, click the Distribution button.
We invite all free marketers to become die owners and/or distributors and especially invite American Liberty Dollar Associates and RCOs who now have no access to American Liberty Currency, due to the recent ALC crisis.
Below you will find Kitco 8-hour (NYSE) and 24-hour real time charts on the spot market price of the five metals in which the various Zcoins are minted. You will also find a Suggested Retail Value (SRV) for the pieces, which takes into account the additional minting and shipping costs, as well as the NYSE daily closing spot metal price. However, as you control Zcoinage, you will determine its retail value in your daily bartering exchanges. (Note: Updating of the SRV will begin when the dies to the first Zcoin are manufactured.)
Suggested Retail Value of Zcoinage in USD Updated Mon-Fri between 2:15pm and 3pm PDT (Last: 08/23/07)

Copper is calculated according to the pound avoirdupois. The Avoirdupois system of mass has a pound equal to 7000 grains and 16 ounces in each pound, each ounce equal to 437.5 grains. The way to figure out the spot market price of copper according to the Troy system is by taking the current spot market price and dividing 7000 into it to get the price per grain, and then by multiplying by 480, which is the number of grains in a Troy ounce.
